Made improvements to data privacy for uploaded videos to meet EU and other GDPR standards. Changes made include:
• Modified YouTube video loading to always use enhanced privacy mode, which prevents YouTube from storing information about your site visitors.
• Modified extension loading so that the iframe is loaded on the page only after the user clicks on the displayed fake play icon.
• Created an admin parameter in the extension that allows the user to accept a consent term required by GDPR before the video iframe is loaded on the page.

Bug fix: in the model of videos displayed in grid, when a local video was uploaded and the user clicked play, the video should play automatically.
